WHO PICKS THIS UP
Trouble with a listing, a message you cannot see or an account you cannot reach. Choose Problem with a listing.
Want a banner or a video on our screens and not sure which stores to pick? We will suggest a mix that fits your budget.
Have a wall and a power socket? Tell us where your shop is and we will explain how hosting a screen works and what it pays.
WHAT TO EXPECT
01
Your message goes straight to our inbox. Nobody is passed around a queue and no automated reply pretends to help.
02
Most replies go out the same working day. If your question needs digging we tell you that rather than leaving you waiting.
03
Plain answers with no jargon and no pressure. If the free option suits you better than a paid one, we will say so.
These four come up most often. If yours is here you may not need to write to us at all.
Usually the same working day. Messages that arrive over the weekend are answered on Monday morning. If we need longer to look into something we tell you that instead of going quiet.
Yes. Classified listings cost nothing, there is no limit on how many you post and we take no commission on anything you sell. You only pay if you add a screen spot or an announcement.
Gladly. Tell us your budget and the kind of customer you are after, and we will suggest a handful of screens that sit closest to them. There is no charge for the advice and no obligation to book.
Write to us with your shop name and address and pick the store owner topic. We will explain how it works, what you earn and what we need from you, which is usually just a screen and a power socket.
Posting a listing takes about four minutes and costs nothing. Try it first and message us if you get stuck along the way.
